Job summary

Aspire Lifestyles is seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to support global client programs from a remote USA role. You will respond to inbound requests via phone, email, and chat, delivering polished, timely support for lifestyle services and loyalty programs.

This permanent full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate, paid training, and benefits. Candidates should have at least 2 years in customer service and be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of interactive customer service experience.
• Call center or high-volume service experience preferred.
• Hospitality, travel, or loyalty program experience is highly valued.
• Personal global travel experience is an asset.
• Fluent in multiple languages is a plus (see language opportunities).

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer requests through phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and timely support for inquiries and service requests.
• Assist customers with travel-related or lifestyle loyalty program needs.
• Document interactions and manage cases using company systems.
