Merkle is a leading data-driven, technology-enabled marketing agency and an agency of dentsu. We are seeking a Director, Customer Lifecycle Marketing to lead omni-channel strategies, integrate 1st party data with CRM, and drive client outcomes.

You will develop trusted client relationships, translate technology into actionable ideas, and ensure value through best practices and innovative thinking. Travel is typical for client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 8+ years in data-driven marketing, CRM, direct mail, and online/offline media strategy.
• Experience leading customer lifecycle marketing engagements for senior clients.
• 5+ years in an agency or consulting firm.
• Knowledge of Braze/Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
• Average 20%-30% travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the building, development, and delivery of strategic omni-channel marketing plans.
• Translate new technology, especially 1st party data & CRM, into marketing ideas for the client.
• Develop trusted, long-term client relationships with executives.
• Ensure meaningful client value through best-practice solutions, skills, and original thinking.
• Identify data points and measurements to show impact on the client’s business.
