Job summary

Cofertility is seeking an experienced lifecycle marketer to own email and SMS programs in Iterable on an ongoing contract basis. You'll build for two audiences—egg freezing seekers and potential parents—creating journeys that drive activation, conversion, and retention.

You’ll draft copy, implement flows, test, and optimize with brand guidelines. You will partner with product/engineering to ensure proper tracking, own segmentation, and maintain deliverability.

Qualifications

• Experience building lifecycle programs for consumer or D2C brands.
• Hands-on Iterable experience: journeys, campaigns, segmentation, templates, data feeds, snippets/Handlebars, HTML.
• Comfortable writing HTML/CSS for email and debugging Outlook.
• Strong copywriting with clarity and warmth.
• Highly analytical: define metrics, verify data, analyze results, and iterate.

Responsibilities

• Build new drips across the full customer journey, from first touch to activation, conversion and retention.
• Draft email and SMS copy for new and updated flows, adhering to brand voice guidelines.
• Identify funnel drop-offs and design re-engagement and win-back programs.
• Stand up lifecycle support for new program and campaign launches.
• Audit existing flows and update messaging, logic and timing as programs evolve.
