Forbes Advisor is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Executive to design, launch, and optimize multi-channel lifecycle campaigns remotely from the US. You will partner with CRM, Product, Data, Design, and Commercial teams to build journeys, set up segments, and ensure timely, high-quality sends across email, SMS, and beyond.

You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data. The role emphasizes test-and-learn, performance tracking, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on lifecycle/CRM experience in a D2C or comparison business.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented with deadline accuracy.
• Self-starter who communicates clearly and collaborates across teams.
• Comfortable with data and quick to learn new tools.
• Nice to have Braze or equivalent platform experience.

Responsabilités

• Build, schedule, and send lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and more.
• Set up customer journeys, segments, and messaging templates in Braze or similar tools.
• Manage campaign timelines and keep stakeholders updated.
• QA campaigns end-to-end before launch, checking content and links.
