Clearlink is seeking a Lifecycle Operations Manager to own the email platform and data layer across our brands, coordinating with product, marketing tech, and analytics teams.

You will manage Iterable and Digioh, oversee testing, deliverability, and data flows, and partner with brand teams to align audience strategy with infrastructure. This remote-first role offers hybrid options near Salt Lake City.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Iterable or a comparable enterprise ESP.
• Experience with Digioh or a comparable onsite data capture/identity tool.
• Strong analytics skills: testing (A/B/multivariate), reporting, and data-driven roadmaps.
• Knowledge of email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and deliverability.
• 5+ years in email marketing, marketing technology, or product management.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and cost/performance.
• Excellent communication for a business-partner model.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the email product and lifecycle platform configurations and workflows.
• Build and optimize lifecycle programs across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
• Manage subscriber and identity data flows across Digioh, Iterable, and internal systems.
• Lead testing frameworks and translate results into actionable roadmaps.
• Partner with brand teams to align audience strategy with infrastructure.
• Monitor deliverability and data quality to maintain platform health.
• Coordinate with IT and Data teams on integrations.
