Job summary

Fat Earth, the creative performance marketing partner of Red Antler, seeks a Lifecycle Marketing Account Manager to develop and execute lifecycle programs across email, SMS, loyalty and subscriptions for direct-to-consumer clients. You will manage strategy, track performance, and coordinate with Lifecycle Director, teams, and clients.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Klaviyo lifecycle programs, strong communication, and experience delivering client projects within an agency environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Klaviyo and managing lifecycle programs.
• Previous agency or brand experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a team to deliver client projects.

Responsibilities

• Own multiple client relationships as the main point of contact.
• Report on statuses of deliverables and performance with clients.
• Design and execute monthly content calendars and lifecycle strategies.
• Brief deliverables to creative teams and define sending strategy.
