Job summary

Cofertility is seeking an experienced lifecycle marketer to own the email and SMS program in Iterable on an ongoing contract basis. You will build and optimize journeys for two distinct audiences, ensuring messages are timely, on-brand, and performance-driven.

You will draft copy, implement flows, test, launch, and iterate with the team, using data to drive decisions and improve funnel progress from awareness through activation, conversion, and retention.

Qualifications

• 4+ years running lifecycle, CRM, or email marketing programs.
• Hands-on Iterable experience with journeys, campaigns, segmentation, templates, data feeds, snippets/Handlebars, HTML, QA, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Build new drips and optimize existing ones across the customer journey.
• Draft email and SMS copy for flows, aligning with brand voice guidelines.
