Job summary

Replika is seeking a hands-on Lifecycle CRM Specialist to own and optimize our lifecycle programs for a global audience. You will design, implement, and optimize flows across onboarding, activation, retention, and win-back, using Braze or similar platforms, with a strong emphasis on data-driven segmentation and measurable revenue impact.

You will ensure compliant communications, craft clear copy, and collaborate cross-functionally to scale lifecycle programs while maintaining user trust.

Qualifications

• Hands-on lifecycle or CRM experience at a consumer subscription app, with revenue results you can show.
• Built flows yourself in a modern messaging platform like Braze, Customer.io, Iterable or Klaviyo.
• Strong with data. You build your own segments and read your own results without waiting for an analyst.
• You understand compliant communication for a global audience: consent, unsubscribes, GDPR, CAN‑SPAM and their equivalents.
• You write good copy, or know exactly how to brief and edit it.
• You shape the strategy and do the implementation yourself.
• Excellent written English.

Responsibilities

• Build core lifecycle flows: onboarding, free-to-paid conversion, renewals, win-back, and re-engagement.
• Collaborate with product for in-app messages and offers to drive paid onboarding.
• Plan and run lifecycle campaigns that balance retention and revenue.
• Own deliverability, list health and reporting that ties flows to revenue.
• Segment and personalize using product and subscription data.
