Responsibilities

• Conduct post-issue audits of new underwriting initiatives for technical accuracy.
• Review underwriting decisions for medical, financial, and operational soundness.
• Identify trends and prepare reports with recommendations for management.
• Collaborate to develop CAPs and track remediation progress.
• Support enhancement of Underwriting Risk Control Framework and KRIs.
• Translate audit findings into targeted training and guideline clarifications.
• Test and evaluate new tools and GenAI solutions for underwriting quality.
• Assist design and execution of targeted audits for underwriting innovation.
• Ensure audit documentation is complete and aligns with governance and regulatory reviews.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of audit frameworks and reporting.
