GenScript Biotech Corp. seeks a Technical Solution Manager for Academic Segment to manage accounts and provide high-level technical support across the US.

This fully remote role includes occasional travel and a salary range of $80,000–$85,000 based on experience. Responsibilities include delivering technical and product advice, analyzing customer needs, coordinating with internal teams, and conducting training for distributors and sales staff.

Qualifications

• PhD in a relevant life science discipline (cell biology, immunology, molecular biology, peptide therapeutics) or MSc with relevant experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Customer-centered and proactive.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to grasp new concepts quickly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide primary business, technical and product/service advice to customers, including pricing quotes for project design.
• Analyze customer needs and troubleshoot technical issues; advise on additional services.
• Identify potential areas of concern and propose growth-driven recommendations.
• Maintain close communication with customers and coordinate with technical support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enable sustainable growth.
• Organize and provide training for internal sales and external distributors via presentations or demos.
