Job summary

GenScript Biotech Corp. seeks a Technical Support Specialist to bridge customers and internal teams, delivering expert scientific guidance and accurate quotations.

You will work remotely from the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, or Portugal, collaborating with Sales, Production and Logistics to support regional projects and education in immunology, biochemistry, and molecular biology.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences or closely related field.
• Strong hands-on laboratory experience in molecular biology and protein science.
• Experience with standard analytical techniques is preferred.
• Fluent in English; multilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily customer service operations for order inquiries, technical support, and general questions.
• Provide technical guidance and prepare accurate quotations for customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Logistics to support regional customers.
• Represent the company at trade shows and technical events when needed.
