Job summary

Norstella is seeking a Solutions Engineer to partner with account executives across the research, development and commercial cycle. You will lead discovery, solutioning, demonstrations and proposals, understanding how our data works inside a client's environment and aligning it with their strategic goals.

You will work on productized capabilities and bespoke engagements, starting with advised scope and demos and growing to hands-on builds that run against client data, collaborating with client

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a solutions engineering, sales engineering, or tech consulting role for data/SaaS.
• Ability to present to a technical architect and a commercial VP in the same meeting.
• Strong discovery instincts to reveal what a client is trying to do.
• Experience delivering work inside client environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sale: understand client challenges and map to Norstella capabilities.
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations for client use cases.
• Scope proofs of concept and define success criteria with the client.
• Deliver engagements inside client environments and create repeatable solutions.
• Shape statements of work with commercial teams and collaborate with client IT.
