Job summary
Norstella is seeking a Solutions Engineer to partner with account executives across research, development and commercial cycles, delivering discovery, demonstrations and proposals. You will understand client data landscapes, tailor demos, and move from compelling visuals to running solutions in client environments.
Ideal candidates have pharma/life sciences knowledge and 3–5 years in a solutions engineering or technical consulting role, with strong communication and the ability to operate in
Qualifications
- Domain knowledge of pharma and life sciences: clinical trials, pipeline/asset intelligence, forecasting.
- 3–5 years in a solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical consulting or implementation role for data/analytics/SaaS, with enterprise clients.
- Outstanding communication: explain complex concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Strong discovery instincts to uncover client needs and map to Norstella capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Pre‑sale technical partnership: understand client challenges and map to Norstella capabilities.
- Design and deliver tailored demonstrations and proofs of concept for real use cases.
- Scope engagements, define success criteria, and draft statements of work with commercial teams.
- Lead delivery inside client environments and become the technical face of Norstella.
