The role supports remote work, requires travel ~20%, and ideally bases in Europe with English fluency; additional EU languages are a plus.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in technology implementation projects in one of the following roles: Functional Analyst, Solution Architect, Project Manager.
Strong consulting background with proven ability to architect, drive best practices, and manage stakeholder relationships.
Strong and effective communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel approximately 20% and work independently in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

Implementation of a content management platform for life sciences.
Leading business process discovery and application design workshops.
Translating complex client process requirements into a workable solution design.
Overseeing the solution build, test, and deployment.
Creating process documentation and project deliverables.
Planning and establishing post-go-live activities, including ongoing support.
Providing subject matter expertise in Veeva’s Commercial Content applications and defining how they fit into customers' software ecosystems.
