Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an experienced implementation professional to partner with global pharma organizations, delivering AI-powered solutions using Veeva's Commercial Cloud products. You will lead business process discovery and design workshops, oversee solution builds, and wear multiple hats including Project Manager, Lead Solution Architect and Product Owner.

The role is remote in Europe, with travel about 20% and fluency in English required.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in technology implementation projects in one of the following roles: Functional Analyst, Solution Architect, Project Manager.
Strong consulting background with proven ability to architect, drive best practices, and manage stakeholder relationships.
Strong and effective communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignments.
Able to travel approximately 20%
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Candidate must be based in Europe and have the legal right to work.

Responsibilities

Implementation of a content management platform for life sciences.
Leading business process discovery and application design workshops.
Translating complex client process requirements into a workable solution design.
Overseeing the solution build, test, and deployment.
Creating process documentation and project deliverables.
Planning and establishing post-go-live activities, including ongoing support.
Providing subject matter expertise in Veeva's Commercial Content applications and defining how they fit into our customers' software ecosystems.
