Job summary

Cytiva is hiring a Service Contract Sales Specialist to drive service sales opportunities and build consultative relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts. This role focuses on contract capture, proposals, and territory management, with a strong emphasis on English communication and Salesforce CRM proficiency.

Eligible for remote work from home, with the potential for travel as required. The annual salary range is $100,000–$125,000, plus bonus/incentive pay and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Associates degree or BS or BA required (Life Science is a plus!).
• Greater than 2 years of sales experience, preferably within a service organization or provider
• Previous experience utilizing CRM software, Salesforce preferred
• Ability to communicate proficiently in English; in particular, strong influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills to drive collaborative culture in a highly complex environment

Responsibilities

• Captures assigned service sales opportunities to achieve and exceed contract capture, revenue, & growth targets, and annual pricing increase targets in assigned product line and/or customer accounts
• Develops and maintains consultative sales relationships with all key-buying influences in each account.
• Generates proposals, prepares service contract quotations, and demonstrates services value to assigned customers.
• Accountable for all aspects of territory and sales funnel management
