Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Solution Consultant to amplify the voice of our Commercial Basics suite during the sales cycle, translating Vault-based capabilities into clear, customer-focused value, leading product demonstrations, and collaborating with Product to shape the roadmap.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll create compelling presentations and demo videos, host webinars, and partner with field teams to ensure technical accuracy and storytelling across biotech customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in solution consulting or similar customer-facing role.
• Ability to articulate value by linking product features to customer outcomes.
• Strong presentation-building and delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead product demonstrations and technical Q&A across the Commercial Basics portfolio.
• Produce 10+ new demo videos in the first year.
• Build presentations connecting product functionality to customer value.
• Collaborate with Product on roadmap, requirements, and strategy.
• Host webinars and represent Commercial Basics at industry events.
