Job summary

Particle Measuring Systems is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Representative to grow life sciences solutions across the United States from a home office. This remote role requires frequent travel to build client relationships and drive revenue.

You will manage an established customer base, develop strategic plans, and stay current on product lines and industry trends to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering or life sciences discipline.
• 3–5 years of direct B2B sales experience in capital equipment or related industries.
• Strong technical aptitude to translate product features into client solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet targets.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Maintain deep knowledge of product lines and differentiators through training.
• Lead all phases of the sales process from prospecting to closing and post-sale follow-up.
• Use Salesforce.com and Power BI to track territory performance and forecast revenue.
• Collaborate with Projects, Service, and Marketing to ensure project delivery.
