Job summary

Particle Measuring Systems is seeking a Regional Sales Representative for Life Sciences to drive sales of particle counters, microbial samplers, and monitoring solutions across multiple states. Must be comfortable in a remote/home office with 50–80% travel, and travel within the assigned territory to build client relationships and meet revenue targets.

Responsibilities include strategy development, client discovery, product knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, or life sciences field.
• 3–5 years of direct B2B capital equipment sales experience.
• Willingness to travel 50–80% across Arkansas, Tennessee, Louisiana, Georgia, Florida, Mississippi, Alabama, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet targets.
• Engage clients with discovery sessions and solution tailoring.
• Maintain knowledge of product lines and differentiators.
• Lead all stages of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Use Power BI to forecast revenue and analyze territory performance.
• Represent company at trade shows and events; travel 50–80%.
• Collaborate with Projects, Service, and Marketing teams for seamless delivery.
• Build strong client relationships and identify growth opportunities.
