Job summary

Particle Measuring Systems is seeking a Regional Sales Representative for the Life Sciences – North America team. This remote role covers TX, OK, LA, and AR, with 50–80% travel to build client relationships and generate revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering or life sciences discipline.
• 3–5 years of direct B2B sales experience in capital equipment within pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or cleanroom manufacturing.
• Strong technical aptitude to translate product features into client solutions.
• Willingness to travel 50–80% across the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Prioritize opportunities and manage territory performance.
• Engage clients with discovery sessions and tailor solutions to drive satisfaction.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and stay current on industry resources.
• Lead all sales cycle stages from prospecting to closing and post-sale follow-up.
• Maintain Salesforce records and use Power BI for territory forecasts and decisions.
• Identify environmental monitoring project opportunities and prepare accurate quotes.
• Collaborate with Projects, Service and Marketing to ensure delivery and create collateral.
• Represent the company at trade shows; travel 50–80% to cover the region.
