Job summary

Pace Life Sciences, a Pace Analytical Services division, seeks an experienced Proposal Writer to develop contracts and quotations for analytical testing services in a CRO environment. You will work with technical experts and sales staff across multiple sites to create detailed, client-focused proposals that drive business growth in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required or equivalent experience.
• GMP testing lab experience in pharma/biotech is preferred.
• Experience drafting proposals for analytical testing services is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage proposals and client-facing documents for analytical testing programs.
• Collaborate with clients and lab staff to define project scope and collect info.
• Translate methodologies, timelines, and pricing into clear proposals.
• Draft, edit, and review proposals for accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain proposal templates, pricing, and documentation.
• Track proposal activities and outcomes in internal systems.
• Monitor regulatory trends relevant to pharma testing services.
