Job summary

Altasciences seeks a Proposals Coordinator to drive end-to-end quotation, change orders, and ballpark preparation for our biotech CRO services. You will coordinate inputs from SMEs, format quotes, and maintain version control across all documents.

You’ll act as the central liaison between BD, Scientific Evaluators, and costing teams, ensuring timely, accurate submissions and continuous improvement in workflows.

Qualifications

• BA/BS specializing in business or sciences.
• Minimum of 2 years’ related experience in proposal coordination, project coordination, or similar roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation of quotations based on inputs from SMEs.
• Create, update, and manage opportunities within internal systems.
• Manage updates to existing quotes due to study design changes or revisions.
• Act as liaison between BD, Scientific Evaluators and costing teams.
• Distribute finalized quotes with all relevant details and cost breakdowns.
• Track quotation progress using internal tools and ensure timelines are met.
• Identify opportunities to improve quotation templates and workflows.
• Participate in regular meetings to discuss feedback on proposal and CO processes.
