Job summary

MMS is a data-focused CRO supporting pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device sectors worldwide. The Proposal Manager will craft compelling responses to RFPs/RFIs, coordinate with business development and SMEs, and build budgets highlighting deliverables, pricing, resources and timelines.

Candidates should have 3–6 years in CRO proposals, a science/finance degree, and proficiency with CRM, Ariba/Workday, and MS Office. Advanced degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading proposal responses (RFPs/RFIs) for Sponsors.
• Ability to map budgets and deliverables to client requirements.
• Proven track record of cross-functional coordination and timely submissions.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and respond to RFPs/RFIs with differentiated messaging.
• Coordinate with BD leads and SMEs to shape operational strategy.
• Develop budgets with scope, pricing, staffing and timelines.
• Support proposal defense to Sponsors and internal approvers.
• Improve proposal processes and maintain libraries.
