Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Proposal Associate – Writing to lead proposal development for CRO/pharma projects. The role involves writing, coordinating with SMEs and Account Directors, and presenting responses in Word and PowerPoint to ensure accurate, compelling submissions.

The ideal candidate has strong writing, project management, and communication skills, plus 2+ years in CRO/pharma BD or related fields. A Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degrees are a plus.

Qualifications

• Robust writing, project management, and time management skills to complete proposals on time and with high quality.
• Bachelor's degree; master’s or PhD preferred (Life Sciences, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing).
• Experience drafting RFIs in a CRO/pharma outsourcing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust proposals, leading the writing, coordination, and presentation of responses in Word, PowerPoint, and other formats.
• Coordinate with Account Directors and SMEs to manage the proposal development process.
• Proofread, edit, rewrite, and revise documents for readability, consistency, accuracy, and relevance.
• Meet proposal deadlines by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, reviews, approvals, and signatures.
• Act as a focal point to collect information from various sources.
