You will partner with technical experts and sales across multiple sites to create detailed, client-focused proposals that drive business growth in pharma, biotech, and life sciences.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
3-5 years of GMP testing laboratory experience preferred.
Experience developing proposals for analytical testing services preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage proposals and client-facing documents for analytical testing programs and services.
Collaborate with clients, management, and laboratory staff to define project scope and gather information.
Translate analytical testing methodologies, capabilities, timelines, and pricing into clear proposal documents.
Draft, edit, and review proposals to ensure accuracy and consistency with company standards.
Maintain proposal templates, pricing models, and supporting documentation.
Track proposal activities, status updates, and outcomes in internal databases and platforms.
Monitor industry trends and regulatory requirements relevant to pharmaceutical and biotechnology testing services.
