Job summary

Pace Analytical Life Sciences is seeking a full-time Project Manager 1 for an onsite role in Oakdale, MN. You will facilitate internal and external communication, manage client relationships, and coordinate between laboratory staff and sales to ensure timely deliverables.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in project management, chemistry, or related field with at least 2 years of experience. Strong written and verbal communication, knowledge of LIMS, and the ability to lead

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, chemistry, or a closely related field; AND at least 2 years of experience, including experience with specialized or technical programs or operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and related software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact to clients regarding project updates, issues, deliverables, and scope changes.
• Lead client meetings in-person or via teleconference.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff on project status and testing capabilities.
• Update LIMS regarding project status, cost, and client account information.
• Prepare intermediate to complex functional reports and presentations.
