Job summary

Molecular Devices, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Senior KAM to drive revenue across the Bioresearch platform in the Upper Midwest US territory (WI, MN, ND, SD, NE). You will manage direct and distribution channels, perform demonstrations, and partner with distributors to grow market share.

The role requires field presence (minimum 3 days/week in the field) and strong SFDC usage, with remote work options supported. Competitive compensation includes base salary plus SIC and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years of field sales experience or selling into life sciences, drug discovery, or related industry.
• Experience with Salesforce.com CRM and data analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory revenue goals for the Bioresearch product platform in the assigned territory using direct and distribution channels.
• Prospect for new customers and opportunities; minimum 3 days in the field within the territory.
• Proficient in SFDC with accurate account data, sales opportunity progression updates, and face-to-face activities.
• Perform technical demonstrations, training, installations, and customer support for equipment and software; attend regional/product shows.
• Generate accurate forecasts; monitor territory metrics and drive lead generation via e-blasts, seminars, and in-field activities.
