Job summary

Vituity is seeking a Supervisor of Medical Recruitment to lead and develop a nationwide remote recruiting team. You will coach senior recruiters, set performance goals, and drive efficiency across processes to meet business needs.

The role emphasizes mentorship, program development, and collaboration with Medical Recruiting Manager. Expect a dynamic environment with cross-functional interaction and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of recent recruiting experience required.
• Two years working for a practice management company or physician recruiting firm required.
• Experience working in a medical setting desired.
• Experience with Taleo is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and sourcing techniques and expertise with database management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach senior and junior recruiters; evaluate performance.
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings to review progress and growth.
• Lead KPI management and balance workload across the team.
• Develop and deliver recruiter training and onboarding.
• Partner with Medical Recruiting Manager on programs and strategy.
• Handle recruiting for new contracts and cross-functional collaboration.
