Ladders is seeking a Logistics & Demand Planning Director for a leader in Pharmaceuticals & Biotech. This role owns enterprise demand planning for life sciences and diagnostics, with a strong focus on forecast accuracy, capacity planning, and cross‑functional alignment.

Location: Remote across the United States. You will drive the monthly demand review and S&OP cadence, delivering executive visibility into supply constraints, revenue expectations, and service levels.

Formación

• 10-15+ years in pharmaceutical or medical device supply chain.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Strong understanding of GxP/GDP and regulated distribution networks
• Demonstrated leadership in S&OP processes
• Proficiency with advanced forecasting tools and ERP/APS systems
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset

Responsabilidades

• Own the unconstrained demand plan for life sciences and diagnostics products
• Lead monthly demand review and consensus alignment across key stakeholders
• Monitor forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement
• Lead global capacity modeling across distribution centers and logistics partners
• Identify constraints and align capacity utilization with revenue expectations
• Mature and govern the S&OP process for executive visibility
• Partner with supply planning to set safety stock strategies
