Job summary

Beacon Biosignals is seeking a Logistics & Demand Planning Director to own unconstrained demand planning and global capacity modeling across pharma-style supply chains. This role drives S&OP governance, inventory strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure patient availability and cost efficiency.

The role is 100% remote from anywhere in the U.S., with in-person hubs in Boston, New York, and Paris; a strong emphasis on data-driven decision making and advanced forecasting tools.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in pharmaceutical or medical device supply chain.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Strong data-driven decision making and planning discipline.
• Regulatory knowledge: GxP/GDP and regulated distribution.
• Demonstrated S&OP leadership with cross-functional teams.
• Experience coordinating with 3PLs, packaging, and distribution partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the unconstrained demand plan for Life Sciences and Diagnostics.
• Lead monthly Demand Review with Life Sciences, Diagnostics, Finance, and others.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, volatility, and signal quality; drive improvements.
• Lead global capacity modeling across DCs, 3PLs, packaging sites, and lanes.
• Develop long-range capacity strategies to support growth and regulatory changes.
• Govern the S&OP process with clear decision rights and executive visibility.
• Oversee inventory positioning and logistics capacity alignment with demand.
• Partner with regulatory, quality, and manufacturing teams for compliance.
• Build dashboards and KPIs to track planning performance and service levels.
