Job summary

Beacon Biosignals is seeking a Logistics & Demand Planning Director to lead end-to-end forecasting, capacity modeling, and S&OP across Life Sciences and Diagnostics. This remote role requires a proven leader who can align demand with supply, drive data-driven decisions, and ensure patient availability and regulatory compliance.

You will partner with manufacturing, 3PLs, regulatory, and finance teams, building advanced analytics, dashboards, and KPIs while guiding strategic capacity expansion for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 10–15+ years in pharmaceutical or medical device supply chain with demand/capacity planning.
• Strong understanding of GxP/GDP and regulated distribution networks.
• Proven S&OP leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own unconstrained demand plan for Life Sciences and Diagnostics products, integrating CRM data, manufacturing forecasts, and cross-functional inputs.
• Lead monthly Demand Review with Life Sciences, Diagnostics, Finance, and key stakeholders.
• Model global capacity across distribution centers, 3PLs, packaging sites, and transportation lanes.
• Align capacity with revenue expectations and customer commitments.
• Gover n cross-functional forums to align demand, inventory, capacity, and financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with GxP/GDP and global regulatory requirements.
