Ladders is seeking a Director of Demand & Supply Planning for a leader in the healthcare space. This role will own the planning cadence that links forecasting, fulfillment, procurement, and operational execution within a regulated environment.

The Director will lead efforts to improve visibility, build scalable processes, and strengthen cross‑functional coordination so the organization can grow with greater efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in supply chain, operations, or production management; 4+ years leading teams.
• Proven scaling experience in pharmacy or regulated manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in demand and supply planning and S&OP processes.
• Experience partnering with Product or Engineering to develop operational tools.
• Excellent communication across technical and operational disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the operational planning cadence for the team.
• Provide reliable forecasting visibility to fulfillment partners and procurement teams.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team in pharmacy supply chain operations.
• Rebuild pharmacy operational processes for scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams on operational solutions.
• Create and maintain essential documentation to reduce reliance on informal communication.
• Optimize service levels and routing for fulfillment while managing costs.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Demand & Supply Planning to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will own the planning cadence that connects forecasting, fulfillment, procurement, and operational execution across a regulated healthcare environment.

The Director will lead efforts to improve visibility, build scalable processes, and strengthen cross-functional coordination so the organization can support growth with greater efficiency.

The position also partners closely with Product and Engineering to create practical operational tools and documentation that reduce reliance on informal communication and improve service levels.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000 annually
