Job summary

Ladders seeks a Manager, Supply Planning and Logistics to oversee inventory visibility, supply planning, and international logistics in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will partner with internal teams and external providers to keep products flowing on time while maintaining compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in pharma supply chain, ERP/MRP and Excel expertise, and CPIM/CSCP is a plus. Remote work with occasional global shipments is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience in pharma/biotech.
• Strong inventory management and logistics operations experience.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end inventory visibility across products and external storage locations.
• Perform routine inventory reconciliations and resolve discrepancies independently.
• Establish and maintain inventory management processes and reporting tools.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments from initiation to delivery confirmation.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve delays while communicating with stakeholders.
• Produce inventory and supply reports, maintaining dashboards and KPIs.
