Job summary

Beacon Biosignals is seeking a Logistics & Demand Planning Director to lead end-to-end forecasting and capacity alignment across the Life Sciences and Diagnostics logistics network. This 100% remote role leverages asynchronous collaboration with optional hubs in Boston, New York, and Paris.

You will own the unconstrained demand plan, run monthly Demand Reviews, model capacity, and drive data-driven decisions to optimize patient access, cost, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical device supply chain, with expertise in demand planning, capacity planning, or logistics.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Strong understanding of GxP/GDP, regulatory distribution, and S&OP leadership.
• Proficiency with advanced forecasting tools, ERP/APS systems, and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the unconstrained demand plan for Life Sciences projects and Diagnostics products, integrating CRM data, manufacturing forecasts, and cross-functional inputs.
• Lead monthly Demand Review and consensus alignment across Life Sciences, Diagnostics, Finance, and key stakeholders.
• Lead global capacity modeling across distribution centers, 3PLs, packaging sites, and transportation lanes.
• Develop long-range capacity strategies to support growth, regulatory changes, and technology enablement.
• Mature and govern the S&OP process with clear decision rights and executive visibility.
• Oversee inventory positioning, replenishment frequency, and logistics strategies for clinical and commercial materials.
• Drive planning data discipline and champion advanced analytics and digital planning tools.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure alignment on demand and capacity.
