• Own unconstrained demand plan for Life Sciences projects and Diagnostics products.
• Lead monthly Demand Review and consensus alignment across stakeholders, monitoring forecast accuracy and bias.
• Lead global capacity modeling across distribution centers, 3PLs, packaging sites, and transportation lanes.
• Identify constraints and trade-offs, ensuring capacity readiness for clinical trials and market expansions.
• Mature and govern the S&OP process with clear decision rights and executive visibility.
• Reconcile unconstrained demand with constrained supply to support executive decision-making.
• Partner with Supply Planning to set safety stock strategies and oversee inventory positioning.
• Ensure logistics capacity aligns with demand and regulatory requirements.
