Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Logistics & Demand Planning Director for a leader in Pharmaceuticals & Biotech. This role owns enterprise demand planning for life sciences and diagnostics, with a strong focus on forecast accuracy, capacity planning, and cross‑functional alignment.

Location: Remote across the United States. You will drive the monthly demand review and S&OP cadence, delivering executive visibility into supply constraints, revenue expectations, and service levels.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years in pharmaceutical or medical device supply chain.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Strong understanding of GxP/GDP and regulated distribution networks
• Demonstrated leadership in S&OP processes
• Proficiency with advanced forecasting tools and ERP/APS systems
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strategic thinker with a continuous improvement mindset

Responsibilities

• Own the unconstrained demand plan for life sciences and diagnostics products

For our client, we are seeking a Logistics & Demand Planning Director to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This leader will own enterprise demand planning for life sciences and diagnostics products, with a strong focus on forecast accuracy, capacity planning, and cross-functional alignment. The role will drive the monthly demand review and S&OP cadence, helping ensure executive visibility into supply constraints, revenue expectations, and service levels. This position will partner closely with supply planning, distribution, and logistics teams to strengthen planning discipline across a regulated global network. Location: Remote. Compensation: $150,000 - $170,000 annually.
