Job summary

Beacon Biosignals is seeking a Logistics & Demand Planning Director to own the unconstrained demand plan for Life Sciences projects and Diagnostics products. You will lead the Demand Review, model global capacity across distribution centers and 3PLs, and ensure data-driven decisions across Life Sciences, Diagnostics, Finance, and stakeholders.

You will mature the S&OP process, balance demand with supply, and guide safety stock strategies and inventory positioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is required.
• Strong understanding of S&OP, demand planning, and capacity planning is expected.

Responsibilities

• Own the unconstrained demand plan for Life Sciences projects and Diagnostics products, integrating CRM data, manufacturing forecasts, and cross-functional inputs.
• Lead monthly Demand Review and consensus alignment across Life Sciences, Diagnostics, Finance, and key stakeholders.
• Lead global capacity modeling across distribution centers, 3PLs, packaging sites, and transportation lanes.
• Mature and govern the S&OP process with clear decision rights and executive visibility.
• Partner with supply planning to set safety stock strategies and oversee inventory positioning.
