Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking an Account Partner for Veeva Development Cloud to support selected pharma and biotech customers. You will nurture and expand relationships, win new business, oversee renewals, and deliver innovative solutions across Clinical, Quality, and Safety.

You’ll develop account vision and strategy, manage complex sales cycles, and coordinate with internal resources to meet pipeline and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales/consulting, with at least 3 years in the life sciences space
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
• Consultative sales experience with life science software solutions
• Strategic account planning and execution skills
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement account vision, strategy, and ways of working
• Custodian for your customers within Veeva by focusing on their needs and doing the right thing for them
• Manage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate
• Keep current with industry trends and engage customers in addressing their business challenges
• Act with urgency, integrity, and a focus on the customer
• Meet/exceed pipeline generation and revenue targets
