BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E) is seeking a Sr. Congress Manager-Association Lead to oversee medical congress and association engagements.

You will coordinate booth space, meeting rooms, sponsorships, and key logistics in a regulated, deadline-driven environment, ensuring timely approvals and accurate payments across global teams. You will build strong relationships with healthcare associations and manage complex schedules, budgets, and documentation to deliver impactful healthcare initiatives

• Maintain deadlines with multiple stakeholders and approvals.
• Translate complex congress information into client-ready updates and recommendations.
