BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E) is seeking a Sr. Congress Manager- Association Lead to drive logistics for medical congresses, associations and sponsored events in a highly regulated setting. The role is virtual with travel up to 50% and supports global teams across the life sciences space.

You will coordinate booth space, meeting rooms, symposia and sponsorships, ensuring approvals and payments flow smoothly. Prior lead-planner experience in pharma/congress meetings is required.

• Experience leading pharma/congress meetings in regulated environments.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and approvals.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with global teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for trackers and docs.
