Job summary

BCD Meetings & Events is seeking a Congress Registration Manager to support Life Sciences congress activity in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. You will manage attendee registration, housing coordination, confirmations and client support across multiple congresses.

The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance and strong communication, with a remote US/Canada open-to-applicants posture and room to grow within a global events team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of congress or convention planning and management experience
• 3+ years of client management experience
• 3+ years of attendee management experience
• Experience supporting Life Sciences or pharmaceutical programs in a highly regulated setting
• International attendee experience and ability to work cross-culturally on a global team

Responsibilities

• Manage attendee registration, rooming lists, visa letter requests and final confirmations with accuracy
• Work in a structured, compliance-focused environment with documentation and deadlines
• Use Cvent attendee, hotel and reporting modules to maintain data quality and workflows
• Handle client questions and logistical details with professionalism and responsive service
• Juggle multiple congresses concurrently while staying organized and collaborative
