Job summary

BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E) is seeking a Healthcare Engagement Manager to support Life Sciences programs in a highly regulated, compliance-focused environment, handling HCP engagement, contracting, travel coordination and payment documentation.

This administrative, compliance-heavy role focuses on detail management rather than program management or event planning, with remote work within Eastern or Central Standard business hours and opportunities for growth across our global locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of administrative or data management experience.
• Pharma or Life Sciences experience with compliance-heavy processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, databases, and client systems to track attendee and meeting details.
• Experience supporting domestic and international group travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage HCP engagement, contracting and payments in a regulated Life Sciences environment.
• Collaborate with Meeting Managers, Business Owners and registration teams to ensure compliance and organization.
• Handle attendee data with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide consultative, solutions-focused support to clients and teams.
• Ensure smooth travel coordination and payment documentation.
