Job summary

BCD Meetings & Events (BCD M&E) seeks an experienced Event Manager to lead high-touch corporate programs from kickoff to onsite execution. You will partner with clients, vendors and internal teams to keep timelines on track, budgets in check, and every detail buttoned up in a fast-paced, structured environment.

Life Sciences experience is a plus; CMP or a bachelor’s degree is preferred. The role is onsite in New York, NY, with travel 25%–50% and a strong emphasis on compliance, VIP coordination

• Must have strong program management and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience in compliance-focused environments with attention to detail.

Responsibilities
