Job summary

Phreesia is actively seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join the Network Solutions team. This remote role is based in NYC/commutable area with a strong emphasis on strategic research, multi-channel outreach, and pipeline generation within life sciences partnerships.

You will collaborate across teams, help shape the BDR motion, and contribute to RFIs and strategic deliverables. A BA/BS degree is required, with prior BD or sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Previous business development, sales, or related experience preferred (including internship or relevant experience).

Responsibilities

• Research strategically to understand organizational priorities and generate insights for meaningful sales conversations.
• Build targeted outbound campaigns using our sales tech stack with personalized messaging.
• Generate and qualify pipeline from outbound prospecting and inbound marketing sources.
• Collaborate with Client Experience teams to engage existing customers and ensure smooth handoffs for qualified opportunities.
• Support RFIs, account planning, and strategic deliverables for high-priority prospects.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and share best practices.
