Phreesia is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to help build and scale our prospecting motion. This remote role, based in the NYC/commutable area, focuses on researching accounts, crafting personalized outreach, and generating and qualifying pipeline across multi-channel campaigns.

You'll collaborate with Client Experience and other sales teams to advance opportunities, support strategic initiatives, and continuously improve how we work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Previous business development, sales, or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct account and stakeholder research to understand priorities.
• Develop personalized, multi-channel outbound campaigns.
• Identify new opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound signals.
• Collaborate with Client Experience to engage existing relationships and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Contribute to RFIs, account planning, and strategic deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and share best practices.
