Job summary

OPEN Health Group is seeking a driven Business Development Representative (BDR), Outbound Growth to generate new client relationships and qualified pipeline for the Stakeholder Intelligence & Analytics business.

You’ll research priority biopharma accounts, identify key decision-makers, and create personalized outreach across email, LinkedIn, and phone. You’ll also support business development around major medical congresses and help turn events into client conversations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Experience in business development, sales development, or lead generation (1–2+ years).
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to personalize outreach.

Responsibilities

• Research priority biopharma accounts and key stakeholders.
• Build targeted outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Personalize outreach based on priorities and needs.
• Support pre-congress outreach and meeting generation.
• Book qualified meetings for senior OPEN Health leaders and handoffs.
• Use Salesforce and Apollo to track activity and pipeline.
• Test messaging and channels to improve outreach performance.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance research and targeting.
