• Located on the West Coast, preference for Los Angeles or Orange County.

Responsibilities

• Sells, researches and develops new account opportunities by understanding local market needs and growth projections.
• Establishes relationships with new prospects to win their business and exceed KPIs.
• Maintains client relationships and identifies growth opportunities through active client communication.
• Leads recruiters, coordinating with them on requisitions and client needs.
• Records sales activity in CRM and stays aware of the regional business environment.
