• Proven track record of sales or full-desk experience.

Responsibilities

• Sells, researches and develops new account opportunities by understanding local market needs and future projects.
• Establishes relationships with new prospects to win business and exceed key metrics.
• Maintains client relationships and identifies growth opportunities within current accounts.
• Leads recruiters and coordinates recruiting tactics to fulfill client requisitions and informs recruiters of client needs.
• Documents sales activity in CRM and maintains strong knowledge of the regional business environment.
