Job summary

Vita Global Sciences is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive growth across Life Sciences Staffing, CRO and FSP divisions. This remote role targets the US market, with priority for East Coast/Northeast Pharma relationships.

Compensation ranges from $105,000 to $125,000 plus uncapped commissions, final pay based on experience and location. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in life sciences sales, biometrics or clinical ops exposure, and a proven record of winning new logos.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales experience in Life Sciences staffing, CRO, FSP, or clinical services.
• Biometrics exposure — required, or equivalent Clinical Operations exposure.
• Established relationships with Pharma and Biotech clients.
• Experience selling consultants, project teams, FSP/MSP solutions, or clinical services.
• Ability to sell into Clinical Operations, Biometrics, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Data Management, Biostatistics, and Statistical Programming.
• Demonstrated track record of hunting and winning new logos, not just managing existing accounts.
• Experience with RFP/RFI responses, proposals, pricing, and SOW/MSA negotiations.
