No license? Training provided to obtain Life and/or 6/63 licenses. Expect to learn Horace Mann products and comply with regulatory requirements while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service/business/sales experience preferred.
• Willingness to work shifts 7:00 am–8:00 pm CST, weekends/Saturdays required.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong knowledge of Horace Mann Life and Retirement products, services and policies.
• Handle and problem solve customers' inquiries via phone, email, and chats.
• Ensure a great customer experience in written and verbal communications.
• Maintain quality and compliance by following company and state rules.
• Proactively up-sell and cross-sell insurance solutions to existing customers.
